What's happening when I arrive?

So we can register you as a Guest, please park your vehicule underneath the car port at the reception office. For those who require our Valet service, we need the license plate number, and the flights itinairy that you received from your Travel Agent.

 

Shuttle services, how does it work?

Departures to the airport are sheduled every 2 hours in our climatised mini-buses. Whithin our Valet Service, the Driver will look after your luggage on our site and at the airport. Further, he will take charge of your coats at the airport. The coats will be adequatly stored in our checkroom and returned to you after your holidays. Therefore, please leave your boots in your vehicule that will be heated when you return. Our diligent Driver will make sure of a smooth and confortable drive for all our Guests.

 

How do we proceed for the parking?

Your car will be well identified, parked and locked within our parking lot or at our long term, well secured and fenced parking area. We will remove the snow and ice on the windshield and the vehicule will be re-heated before your return. The car keys are identified and securely kept under our strict control.

 

What do I do when I arrive back to the airport?

All our Guest should go through the customs and obtain their luggage before calling us via our toll free number: 1-888-432-0606 at wich time we will confirm the exact time that our Driver will bring back the coats and drive you back to our establishment. If your package include "lodging", you will be driven to your motel room. The Driver is not necessarily the same to depart and return. Our rates do not include tips for service wich is left to the customer discretion.
